COMMISSION POLICIES
- Commissions come available in all variety of mediums. Paintings, sculptures, illustrations, clothing, and accessories. all multimedia that can be exchanged. If you have something in your head you want brought to life I CREATE IT!
- In order to begin the commission process you must request to book an Commission Appointment through www.doomerdesigns.com and fill out the Commission Appointment Request form. After the appointment is requested and form is completed you’ll hear back from me on wether your booked, waitlisted, or denied.
- ordering commissions take communication, the process and end result is personalized to the project you have in mind. YOUR VISION! Due to this these projects are more detail oriented along with requiring percsion; resulting in more materials, steps, and time. Meaning commissions most likely WILL cost more than MADE TO BE ORDERED items that are available for purchase.
- I do not accept any and every request. There are limitations to what I’ll accept and book. I do not create exact replicas of characters due to copyright. Examples include, the Coraline doll, Corpse Bride or The Nightmare Before Christmas. However I'm happy to create something for you in my style!
- Custom order prices vary depending on the style of commission.
- For custom dolls prices can range from at $200 usd - $500 usd. Heads are one of a kind clay sculptures. Bodies are soft and pose-able with a wire frame inside which allows you to sit the dolls down and move their arms.
- For acrylic paintings general sizing begins at an 8 inch x 8 inch canvas; pricing low as $90 usd and increase corresponding with size, complexity, and subject matter.
- 8.5 inch x 11 inch stylized DOOMER DESIGNS illustration price range is between $70 usd - $130 usd. The prices increase with specific details, symbolism, weaponry, and precision.
- Illustrations can be completed both digitally and traditionally.
- any digital artwork [ i.e. logo / graphic designs, illustrations, design files ] will be emailed in pdf Format watermark free once final payment is made.
- Logo / graphic design and classic illustration is at a fixed rate of $20/hr

- Price points are influenced by things such as material availability , project basis, my skill set & creativity and time equity; but all of this will be discussed starting in the appointment. it’s my goal to be 100% transparent with you from the beginning to get the best result for both myself as a artist and you as a consumer.
- during a Commission Appointment virtually well discuss what you have in mind for the project and expand on the brief that was left in the linked form. I’ll go into detail about what my process will like look like , approximate time frames , probable materials, price ranges, as well as further communication through commission completion. The most important goal of mine with this appointment is to get a concept for your project, and give you a clear idea of what I can deliver with my skill set and abilities.

COMMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- I will not exactly replicate a Commission I have already made. If you have seen a doll or project you like, I can make it something similar but not the exact same. This keeps all works one of a kind.
- commissions are ORDERED TO BE MADE. this means that after you've ordered and placed your down payment, then supplies will be, bought and your project will be started.
- once your project has been established and we’ve gone through specifications i’ll follow up with an approximate time line and complete price point PRE SHIPPING COSTS!
- Commission completion time frames are flexible unless otherwise specified from first appointment forward.
- Given price points are NOT negotiable
- All prices are final. Please do not ask for FREE WORK, products, or discounts.
- commission payment is completed in 2 installments.
- the first installment is the DOWN PAYMENT. this is 50% of the total price point PRE SHIPPING COST. this is paid before the project is started. this often covers materials.
- down payments are NOT refundable once your project is requested and the down payment has been completed, it HAS been started. things have already gone into making your project a reality and for that you cannot get your money back.
- the second installment is the FINAL PAYMENT. this is the remaining 50% of the total price point PLUS SHIPPING COSTS.
- i’ll have the final payment total for you once the commission is approaching completion. This is to average in accurate shipping costs, the total commission costs will be established BEFORE the down payment is placed.
- AFTER the final payment is completed your piece will be mailed within following 5-7 business days
- shipping can very in expense. calculated shipping cost for all items is weight based.
- ORDER TO BE MADE / Commission items can take up to 6 weeks to be ready to ship.
- I am NOT responsible if a purchase gets lost or held up
- I have no control over USPS. their shipping fulfillment is separate from my business.
- If a package is returned to me I will process a refund.
- If you live outside the United States (US), Canada, Australia, or the United kingdom (UK), YOU are responsible to verify that your country is accepting packages from the US before purchasing

- I am NOT responsible if your country does not accept packages from the US.
- Be aware that international orders can often take to take weeks if not months to complete shipment; sometimes becoming stuck in customs for pro-longed periods of time. I have NO control over this and hold ZERO liability. However it's my pleasure to create for you what I can and make the process flow with as much ease possible.

—Unlike chain retailers this page is ran by one person therefor supplies can be more costly being bought in smaller quantities and each project takes the time, effort, and practiced craft of one. However that also means each project is one of a kind and custom for you ! :)
—With ORDERED TO BE MADE products sometimes supplies may be specially ordered online. Goods and materials may be coming through the mail making your project take more time till completion this will be discussed with me when you place your order :)
